UK Delivery
• Online prices include delivery to UK mainland addresses in England and Wales.
Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands will incur an additional charge.

• Our standard service is to despatch orders received by 12 noon on the same day for delivery on the next business day (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public/Bank holidays). Deliveries to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands are despatched on a 2 – 4 day service
• Orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched on the following business day
• A signature will be required by the carrier
• Special arrangements will apply over the Christmas and New Year period, these will be advised at the time of ordering

• Individuals buying for themselves have the right to cancel within seven days of making the purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods whichever is the longer
