To ensure a long service life the bags are manufactured from tough and durable woven polypropylene developed to meet specific tensile strength and abrasion criteria. The bags are sewn using two rows of lockstitch which prevents the hem from unravelling should it become damaged in use
The mail bags also have an innovative system of 4 hooks evenly spaced around the mouth, this enables them to hang in a frame and allows the mail to be dropped in
The bags are typically loaded to a maximum of 11kg. However to allow for shock loads and to ensure a long service life each hook has been designed to withstand a force of 30kg.
Bags are supplied unprinted ex stock however they can be printed to your requirements subject to a 5000 minimum order quantity
